The crypto ecosystem has witnessed the arrival of various firms. While some of them lose interest halfway through the journey, a good number of these firms have been doubling their investments in the sector. MicroStrategy, on the other hand, has over the years emerged as a big Bitcoin bug thanks to Micheal Saylor its former CEO. Now, once again proving its desire towards improving the industry, the firm is set to onboard more individuals that will work towards achieving the same goal.
Recently, a job listing revealed that the firm was on the hunt to find an engineer for its Lightning Network-based products.
The job description read as follows,
“As a Bitcoin Lightning Software Engineer at MicroStrategy, you will build a Lightning Network-based SaaS platform, providing enterprises with innovative solutions to cyber-security challenges and enabling new eCommerce use-cases.”
The firm intends to find an individual who will able to formulate software solutions by leveraging Bitcoin alongside the Lightning Network. In addition to this, decentralized finance also made its debut on the page.
Saylor, who stepped down as CEO this year, suggested that Bitcoin’s Lightning Network was “the most important thing going on in world technology.” And the firm hopes to provide Lightning wallets for 10 million customers overnight.
This latest development in the firm seems to be in alignment with its interest in building on Bitcoin Lightning Network.
