Renowned five-star hotel Palazzo Versace Dubai has started accepting cryptocurrencies and digital assets as payment for stay, dining, and spa services in their facility. Guests can now use BTC, ETH, and BNB to pay for their hospitality services, which will be accepted and processed through the Binance payment gateway.

In a press release, the 146-room luxury property in Jaddaf Waterfront will also accept cryptocurrency as payments for merchandise on its e-commerce platforms. The press release said “Palazzo Versace’s ability to now accept payments in virtual assets is a reflection of how the hospitality industry in Dubai is at the forefront of innovation as we mvxove into a more digital world”

Similarly, Ukrainian retailer Varus, which has over 100 stores in the country, will now accept cryptocurrency as payments through Binance Pay. Varus is now the first supermarket in Europe to accept Binance Pay. Customers can now use cryptocurrencies to pay for food and groceries in nine Ukrainian cities which include Kyiv, Dnipro, Nikopol, Kamianske, Pavlograd Brovary, Vyshhorod, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhia.

Recently, there have been a few notable events of crypto adoption by commercial establishments worldwide. In June, Swiss Luxury watchmaker Hublot launched a collection of 200 watches called Big Bang Unico Essential Grey. These watches were available only at Hubolt’s US e-Boutique platform, where customers can pay in cryptocurrencies. The company uses BitPay to process the crypto transactions l.

Similarly, Prague’s iconic Tram Line number 42 which is now used to take tourists on a sightseeing trip around the tourist capital city, allows them to pay in cryptocurrency. A month earlier, the Spanish soccer team RCD Espanyol became the first Spanish Club to let fans purchase tickets in cryptocurrency payments. The club has partnered with Crypto Snack to help it process the crypto payments.
